Rejection of Senate of Funds settlement
Jogn Boyd, the president of National Black Farmers Associations says "We are very, very, very disappointed that we are just caught up in such a larger political fight in the Senate, where it's just partisan division,"
This process was declined due to Republicans rejected of Democratic consent agreement for the approval of the money with the GOP saying how Democrat decided to pay for the settlement. This was the Seventh trying attempt to get these funds to be processed!
However the Senate leader accused the Republicans for this cause.
